Restaurant
The restaurant is situated in a homely hall and offers a cuisine that proposes the traditional Umbrian dishes. The quality of the food is also guaranteed from the very delicious farm products. The tasty recipes leave the realest flavours unchanged and bring out simply the colours and flavours of each dish.
To our guests we offer:
Starters: different kinds of bruschetta; panzanella bread salad; selection of cold meat; bread with vegetables or patè; supplì (rice croquettes with mince meat);
Main courses: tagliatelle all’uccelletto (noodles with sage, bacon, garlic and olive oil); pennette alla norcina (pasta with sour cream, sausages and truffle), pappardelle con la lepre o col cinghiale (pasta with hare or boar sauce); lasagne agli asparagi o ai funghi (lasagne with asparagus or mushrooms); risotto al tartufo (risotto with truffle); vegetable, legumes and spelt soups;
Second courses: grilled meat; roast ham; jugged hare; guinea fowl with bread; different types of roast meat; tagliata (sliced meat);
Side dishes: roasted potatoes, peppers, aubergines, tomatoes, zucchinis and onion; mixed salads; cooked seasonal vegetables; mint zucchinis;
Desserts: tozzetti e vin santo (typical Umbrian biscuits and wine); custard pie; dessert with strawberries or fruits of the forest; chocolate puffs.
