Information under the clause 13 of the Italian legislative decree n. 193 of 30th June 2003 about personal data protection By fulfilling the enquiry form the user authorizes the farm Villa Gabbiano, represented by its owner, to save his/her personal data. These data will not be communicated to third parties and only used to send information strictly linked to the farm, within the legislative decree 196/03. The user has the right to access his/her own personal data and the right to ask, at any time, for these data to be deleted, updated, edited, completed and blocked if they are used violating the law. The data entry is optional. If the user decides not to give his/her own personal data, the owner will not be able to answer to the information enquiry.
